Key Responsibilities:

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

• Planning and preparing presentations for both potential customers and Sales Executives
• Being innovative to expand the market of the company with new ideas, solutions or products
• Preparing weekly report to submit in a weekly meeting with Operational Manager
• Strengthening the relation with existing customers by providing excellent level of service
• Looking for the potential hub of the customers
• Indentifying core reasons of customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction and act accordingly
• Developing innovative strategies of negotiation with customers and introducing them to sales executives in their training
